My job description as a consultant manager is to coach my 100
consultants through positive and negative feedback in a form of
something we call substitute care. I help and support them in different
assignments. Planning and performing introductory meetings every
week, have continuous follow-up calls.
It is also required managing different customer calls regarding the
consultants, answering incoming orders and assignment by phone and
mail to later match them with the most qualified consultant.
My job as HR was that I was responsible for their employment contracts,
salary setting, payment of salary, contact with the off branch accounting
department, certificate management and anything regarding insurances
or union questions.
My other part of the job was in recruitment, to find the most suitable
consultants to hire. I needed to be involved in the resume matching,
interviews and selection process.

I was hired as an administrator. My main tasks as an administrator were
to approve all the hours in the system that the healthcare staff performs
at the clients.
But I developed so fast. That after 6 months I was promoted to
coordinator manager for 150 nurses. My tasks were the responsibility for
education and ensure that they are implemented in the daily work, ensure
that all social documentation is handled correctly, recruitment of new
staff, daily contact with staff and clients, home visits during start-up of
new clients and follow-up calls regarding any different deviations,
scheduling all the nurses work schedules, contact with relatives to the
clients, the authorities, various healthcare facilities, writing
implementation plans and work descriptions for the employees, making
sure the reporting for estimated hours for ten different municipalities was
approved to send in for accounting, and i also had the main responsibility
for purchasing care materials, to the office, staff and daily operations.
I also was in charge of the different social media platforms of the
company.
My other part of the job was in recruitment, to find the most suitable leg.
