Prior to this, Frentzen played a dual role at Logix BPO, managing recruitment for international clients while supporting administrative operations in a remote setup.

At Liquid Packaging Corporation, Frentzen focused on training, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and local government engagement to expedite hiring processes.
