While my formal education provided me with a strong technical foundation and a logical, problem-solving mindset, my true expertise lies in the creative and fast-paced world of short-form video editing.

As a self-taught editor, I have always been proactive about my growth. I didn't wait for a traditional classroom to teach me the craft; instead, I spent years diving deep into professional tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. My journey actually began with a personal hobby: watching anime and creating stylized edits. What started as a creative outlet quickly became my most important training ground. Editing anime taught me the technical precision of beat-syncing, the importance of visual "flow," and how to use advanced masking and transitions to keep a viewer’s eyes glued to the screen. I learned how to manipulate time and motion to evoke emotion, a skill that is directly transferable to creating high-energy ads and social media content today.

What sets me apart is the unique bridge between my IT background and my creative drive. Having a degree in Information Technology means I am not just a "creative" I am highly resourceful and used to troubleshooting technical issues on my own. When a new AI tool is released or a software glitch occurs, I have the technical literacy to find a solution quickly and keep the project moving forward.

Currently, I focus on the performance side of editing. I constantly study viral trends and analyze why certain videos capture the public's attention. I focus specifically on the "hook" the first three seconds that determine whether a viewer stays or scrolls. I understand that in today’s digital landscape, an editor’s job is to drive engagement. Whether it is adding dynamic subtitles, choosing the perfect sound effect, or adjusting the pacing to match a trending audio, I edit with a focus on results. I am looking for a long-term position where I can apply my technical precision and creative eye to help a brand scale.
