I am eldest in the family. I love writing scripts and stories, reading books, watching k-dramas and movies. I have experienced in customer service industry for four years in both BPO, for voice and chat support, and personal interaction with customer through being a service crew. With this strong background and solid experience, I provide a number of services and knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs. I am quick study and welcome challenges as well.
