Achievements:
● Spearheaded a system roll out of new HRMS - Zoho People to enhance people processes (360 degree
performance management and leave application/approval process among others). This reduced time taken
on paperwork to a more efficient digitised process hence more time and focus in Key Result Areas.
● Facilitated stay conversations program for the staff. A conversation with staff that resulted in a reduction of
staff attrition from 30% to 8% as of December 2022.
● Facilitated a job evaluation assignment which led to creation of job grades and a growth path for each staff

● Facilitated a change in staff employment contract, from a fixed term to permanent basis, that has so far
reduced anxiety from staff, and created more room for productivity (reduced number of downtimes on the

innovation and productivity.

Role: to review the performance of the project, assess community participation and evaluate scalability in Nakuru
and Nyandarua counties
Achievements:
● The report we produced resulted in increased funding by donors to Syngenta Foundation hence increased
impact in the 2 counties of Nyandarua and Nakuru, we had an increased acceptance of the project in other
counties including Kiambu and Kericho to mention but a few.
● Report led to upscaling of the project hence, increased production of agricultural produce and impact in key
implementation areas
Lead project coordinator for the project review of digital agriculture initiatives of AATF in Nigeria- 2022
Compliance
Role: to report on the costs’ justification of the digital agriculture initiatives such as drone technology, and cassava
processing plant in Nigeria. The Board were concerned about the cost implications and return on investments and
impact magnitude of such initiatives hence the justification of the cost.
Achievements:
● Facilitated a training on risk management hence reduced costs on anticipated risks through mitigation
programs.
● Facilitated a review of the key project outcomes which led to approval of the costs initially indicated.
● This led to an increased funding for the digital agriculture initiatives hence increased impact on cassava
production in Nigeria Osun state.
● Our report recommendations resulted in enhanced compliance resulting in reduced losses to the regulator on
the usage of drone technology.
