seeding a calling Sales Development team to work alongside an emailing team in
Manila. Working under a cofounder (Head of Growth) I constructed the model and
took on the responsibility of developing reps through coaching and leading the team
through training. This required a significant amount of change management as the
development of this team disrupted multiple times as we implemented new structures
and frameworks. I was also still carrying an individual quota which I exceeded by an

the Field sales division and provide a high level of support to our 27,000+ strong
customer base. I oversaw training and development while also dealing personally with

outside contractors and creating positive outcomes for the company. I led talks with
community groups to discuss our product and organise group sales. I was tasked with
implementing the majority of our Oracle CRM system, working through user journeys

find the best option for themselves and their vehicle, as well as presenting our product

workshops to problem solve and improve brand awareness. This developed into face
