Business Development Manager November 2022 – November 2023 Achievements Introduced over 100product SKUs to over 46 supermarkets around Kampala, recruited these supermarkets as customers of the company. Introduced sunny razorblade on the market, made its marketing strategy and over 20,000 retailers and wholesalers brought on board as customers. Supported the management to select and recruit 3 sales representaves of which they are pushing sales until now. Monitored 3 sales representative, designed sales routes for them, plan with them weekly and interne wherever challenges are and make daily reports to the company CEO. Rabriel investment Limited Designation .Regional sales manager March 2022-Upto November 2022 Achievements: Introduced and promoted Dorco razor blades in the central part of Uganda to over 30,000 wholesalers and retailers combined Supported the management in the selection process of 5 suitable sales representatives and trained them hands on marketing in the field. Made work plans and budgets of activities that were be implemented by Sales representatives. Supervised 5 sales representatives on their work implementation. Grew the market share of Dorco razors from Kampala and wakiso to other regions like Luwero, Nakaseke,Nakasongola,Kiboga and others and maintained the acquired customers. Save for Health Uganda Designation: Field officer November 2013 – Apr 2019 Achievements Sensitized the communities of Luwero, Nakasongola and Nakaseke about Community health insurance and formed 26 Health Insurance schemes each composed of 360 beneficiaries and helped them identify and vet capable leaders amongest themselves. Assessed over 90 scheme leader’s performance monthly and provided support in their areas of weakness. Prepared monthly work plans for scheme leaders and set activity targets for them of which the progress of implementation was followed daily. Compiling client’s complaints and submit monthly reports to the project coordinator. Followed up organization’s livelihood dairy goats project in 6 parishes of Luwero community health formed schemes and submitted monthly reports to the programs manager. Supported community Health insurance schemes to accredit four health care providers and, sign health care service access contracts with them.
