I have diverse work experience. My first job is with HSBC as a Customer Service Representative for their US credit card clients. I learned how important accountability is. Promptly resolving the problem at hand with empathy and care. We handle queries from the simpliest thing about the product to explaining complex items in their bills. We also do upselling of the products that are of great help to the clients.
I also worked for Genpact Phils. as a collection agent for their Auto-finance loans. Here I developed my negotiation skills. It is important that I keep attention to the details that the clients are telling me. I try to collect as well as help them. I always keep in mind that a business won't be successful without their customers, so I have to help them in any way I can.
I was also employed as a Confidential Agent at the Bureau of Immigration. I was assigned to assist and assess documents of foreign national students in their student visa application. I was also assigned to compute for the fees that they need to pay. After a few months, I was fortunate enough and became an Immigration Officer where I developed a lot of skills.
