I am a native French/English/Portuguese speaker with experience in translating and proofreading documents, web pages, or articles in general, scientific and in technical fields.

I can accurately translate from English/Portuguese (PT), English/Portuguese (BR). English/French given that I am fully native on such languages on account of my parents being Expats.

In addition to the projects successfully displayed here on Upwork, I worked as a freelance translator on nearly 100 projects, mainly related but not limited to Medicine, Biology, Neurosciences, E-commerce, or Marketing.

I have also done six years as a Customer Service Representative providing technical support and customer care in French, English and Portuguese languages for companies such as Electronic Arts, Bioware, Zenimax and ASOS (phone, email, chat & social), and therefore know how to handle Multilingual customers.

I've also worked as a Front Line and Ops Manager, then as a Quality and Training Manager and my latest project for a client involved designing a Customer Care Service from scratch, complete with Training Materials, Knowledge Base, and Response Templates as well as being responsible for training the Core team and developing those assets within a limited time-frame.
