I have worked in both small and large companies. My first job was IT support for a small office in Managua, Nicaragua. I also worked for Cargill, Inc. for 15 years as Windows Network Administrator and as IT Global Support for Windows servers. My last job was as a Project Manager and Consultant for Technoservit, S. A. in Managua.
I’m able to safeguard PCs and servers from virus attacks and providing technical support for PCs and network printers. I was in charge of Planning and implementing security procedures standards for LAN’s and WAN’s.
My area of expertise includes multiple tasks in Windows software, such as install, updates, and troubleshooting, also in 2012 I have worked in planning and executing a data center migration from one place to another, this includes electrical and network wiring, servers, backup devices, VoIP appliances, etc.
During my work time in Cargill, I also worked managing backups and restoring data on libraries and individual tapes drive for different subsidiaries. Finally, my last job with Technoservit involved overseeing a complete CAT 6 network installation for 8 offices in outside provinces.
During my free time, I like to help marriages and youngsters by providing counseling and advice to resolve familiar conflicts. Most of this time I produce training materials for new leaders.
