My strongest background is in the Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services industries and I have been in these industries for 16 years. I worked as a Customer Service Representative (for both sales and customer support) for 8 years, before becoming an Employee Engagement expert in one of the shared services businesses in Manila. I also have a background in Facilities Administration and was made to manage the Facilities Administration Department for 7 years.
During the past recent years, my job entailed and revolve around managing site’s employee engagement results, and facilities administration at the same time. My job also entailed internal & external communications, recruitment/talent acquisition marketing & corporate social responsibility.
I also have sufficient and significant experiences in project management, event planning and management, budgeting, procurement, and English As Second Language training.
