Francisco Alejandro Castillo Gonzalez

I am a graduate in Business administration in hospitality and Management with a specialization in Publicity and Design. I have finished all my classes of Master in Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Marketing at Palermo university in Buenos Aires Argentina and currently have my thesis on hold.

In my current position as Remote Billing specialist for orthodontic services for Perfect Smile Braces clinics (PSB) I was assigned several tasks to recoup money for services rendered by the 3 clinics on New York, solving billing issues, making a decision about the best way to solve billing issues, track old account receivables bills and give solutions among another task described on my resume.

I have been praised by my supervisor and management for the contribution giving solutions to old trends unsolved in the past and leading the company to a healthy financial status. I am a detail-oriented person and really passionate about what I do, always giving my best and always trying to learn new skills to improve my own self.
