I have been a customer support representative for almost 3 years. I'd been an email Support and chat support. I do multitasking and can learn easily. I think of out of the box and willing to learn new things. I love data entry works as well. I'm expert in using Google sheet. I know many softwares, like Zendesk, Hesk, and Livechat which were tools used in handling emails and chats.
