Francis Cedie Palao

I’ve been trained by the Department of Information and Communications Technology under Digital Jobs Intensive Technical Training Program for Graphics Design and Social Media Marketing and Advertising since March 2021.

I gained a lot of skills during the training since I’ve taken classes in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop when I was in college. With the their lessons, I was able to appreciate design in everyday things and through that realization, discovered my true passion.

I also have experience in project management in a local IT company as a functional consultant. I handled software implementation projects specializing in payroll systems for small and medium enterprises.
