Hi,

Had recently undergone a Virtual Assistant course with a VA agency, providing tools and knowledge on common VA tools. These would include the following but is not restricted to these; SEO, Blogging, email management, email campaigns, Social Media Management and other general tasks. Was also provided an overlook on transaction coordination in the Realty industry.

I have been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years, a good part of it as a Supervisor. I have handled voice, email and chat both as an agent and later on as a Team Lead. With knowledge and experience on Travel, Automotive, Financial, and Tech support.

Had been a Project Officer then as a Project Manager for an international financial institution for some 2 years. With an appropriate knowledge of banking operations, especially with Cards Cycle, and Marketing financial instruments.

Earlier on, was an Online Advertiser for Jobsdb.com.ph, and was assigned a multitude of tasks. This was from online research to online job advertising, to profiling and completing the hiring process for some clients.
