I’m Francinee Andrade, a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. For the past three years, I’ve been supporting multiple British clients with a wide range of tasks that help them run their businesses smoothly. I specialise in social media management, website updates, admin tasks, data entry, and calendar coordination. On top of that, I have a solid background in business development and client relations, which gives me a deeper understanding of what clients need and how to meet those needs in the best way possible.
My journey started in business development, where I spent several years creating strategies, growing client relationships, and managing events. That experience taught me how to think ahead, stay organised, and communicate clearly. These skills became the foundation of my work as a Virtual Assistant when I transitioned into this career. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with different clients, especially from the UK, where I’ve learned to adapt to different working styles and business needs.
As a VA, I’m proud of being reliable and detail-oriented. Whether it’s scheduling posts for social media, keeping a website updated, managing a busy calendar, or doing admin tasks behind the scenes, I make sure everything is done on time and done well. My clients often say that what they appreciate most is not just the work I deliver, but the peace of mind they get from knowing that tasks are being handled properly without them having to worry.
I’m also very comfortable with different tools and platforms such as Office 365, Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, Trello, Wix, WordPress, and many more. Learning new systems is something I actually enjoy, it keeps me flexible and ready to take on new challenges.
What sets me apart is the mix of skills I bring together: technical know-how, strong communication, and a genuine care for the people I work with. I see myself not just as someone who “does tasks,” but as a partner who helps clients stay organised, save time, and focus on what matters most to them.
Outside of work, I love long-distance running and cooking, which keep me balanced and energised. I believe the same discipline and creativity I put into these hobbies show up in how I work, too.
