Hi. I’m Francine Allen L. Te , you can call me “Frans” for short. I am a graduate of major Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management. I have been in this field for more than 5 years now, working with one of the biggest companies here in the Philippines.
My first job, I was hired as Customer service representative at one of the best telecommunications company in the Philippines, Globe Telecommunications. Here, I nurtured my skills and knowledge in the telecommunications world. My duties in the company helped me improved my interpersonal communication, how to attend to every customer’s needs and concern and how to solve it that would meet the client’s satisfactory feeling, hone my organizational skills and has provided me with extensive knowledge on how to sell products and services to potential clients. I also worked for the company as a Quality Auditor/ Stock Custodian since I have a keen personality in making sure that the goods and services we offer to our customers are of great quality. I also worked as a Head Cashier in the company for a while since I am good at leading and teaching newly hired employees.
I landed my second job as Customer service representative at one of the Philippines’ most prestigious financial institution, the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company. In this company, I enhanced my skills and knowledge in the corporate world. I dealt with different kind of clients every day. Different nationalities with wide range of concerns that involves everything about their money and possessions with market value. During my time in the company, I also cross-sell loans and insurances.
In all the roles that I have held, the everyday scenario of face to face customer handling, email handling and phone support, have fostered strong relationships with customers and associates. A highly professional—dependable, reliable and skilled customer service representative. I offer well rounded expertise to help you in any work or job that needs to be done.
