I am Francheska Ruiz, Twenty two years of age, Graduate of Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurial technology In Benguet State University, I have experienced working in BPO or call center for almost 2 years now as a customer representative. As a call center agent I have assisted customers in availing their wants or needs and assisted them with processing their orders on their devices through a call, I have experienced assisting customers from eBay UK Buy to check out their chosen items using their credit cards, I started working at home when Covid19 strike and when the situation got worst I took the risk a decided to stay and work at home for my safety and also for my family’s safety, after that I became an Amazon Virtual assistant(drop shipper) and experienced doing product research, communicating with buyers and processing orders virtually, I also learned Basic techniques in excel, how to navigate different kinds of tools for Amazon seller like for example OA genius and seller central tools, but I also do have an experience in setting up an appointment for patients who needs dental care or medical attention either for urgent care or not. I do have a certificate of completion for Combating Medicare parts C and D for fraud, waste and abuse. I experienced assisting patients who needs to set up an appointment for dental services with benefits using their insurance in Places or states like Ohio, Texas and Kentucky. I experienced setting up an appointment for people who badly needed to talk to a medical expert for their prescription in USA most especially for Covid patients who are already sick or patients who just want to have preventatives for them and/or to their family as well, before we can successfully create or schedule an appointment for the patients, I collect their payments from their bank account by getting their details on their Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or any other cards they want to use to pay. Being a customer care representative and appointment setter I can say that I can create a good relationship to my customers easily or in a short span of time by just talking to them on the phone. For me being a good customer care representative or appointment setter, first you must sound like confident, pure, approachable, patient, and you must sound like an expert but with authority. I do believe that I have those traits in me and I am very capable in doing my Job well with those characteristics in me. Thank you!
