I’m a human resource professional with over two years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, and change management. I’ve led end-to-end hiring processes, onboarding, payroll, and HR policy implementation for NGOs in Sierra Leone, while also supporting organizational restructuring and performance improvement.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Counselling from the University of Pécs, Hungary, where I developed advanced skills in conflict resolution, leadership, and organizational development. My approach combines practical field experience with academic insight to support people-focused, inclusive change.
