My Name is Francesca Vella and I'm 43 years old and I live in Sydney Australia.

I am a reliable, honest and very highly motivated employee who has an all or nothing attitude and heart that follows. I was employed with the same company for over 20 years starting from a receptionist. I worked and studied my way through to Property Management, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate Accounting, Conveyancing, Business Development Manager, HR Manager, Assistant (in training for) Area Manager and lastly was awarded the prestigious award of National Senior Property Manager.
