Over the past months, I’ve built strong experience in administrative, accounting, and operational support roles—most recently working remotely for a construction company in the U.S.
I’ve managed project documentation, financial reporting, subcontractor onboarding, and day-to-day operations using tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and BuilderTrend. I really enjoy streamlining systems and helping teams stay organized. managing and organizing project files, tracking and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating with subcontractors for compliance documents, I also helped onboard new team members, clarified internal processes, and contributed to building standard procedures that made our workflow more efficient.
I’m also familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Notion, Zoom, and WhatsApp. Whether it’s calendar management, organizing team communication, or keeping project documentation accurate and up to date—I take initiative and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Before this, I worked as a Transaction Services Associate based here in PH, preparing financial reports and analyzing data in Excel, and earlier, as an intern in audit and as an operations associate in a BPO setting. Even during college, I served as an executive secretary for a volunteer group—handling schedules, event planning, and social media content.
