Acted as main secretary to the management team of the Insurance Group which
successfully attained its first ISO certification for the process of renewing property
insurance accounts through public bidding.
Organized and updated the Manual of Operations of the Marketing Department.
Drafted numerous memoranda, letters to heads of agencies, as well as Policy and
Procedural Guidelines, and the Marketing Department’s Business Continuity Plan
which reached the desks of the President and General Manager of the GSIS as well as
the members of the Board of Trustees.
Successfully organized and coordinated marketing caravans and branch cluster
meetings of the Insurance Group by arranging accommodation and vehicle
requirements in compliance with the government’s procurement law, sending out
invitations to various government agencies, and other logistical requirements of the
activity.
Provided technical assistance to the manager and administrative support to the
Marketing Department team by identifying, enhancing and following specific processes
and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business.
Garnered First place in the Non-Life Insurance Training provided by the Insurance
Institute for Asia and the Pacific, a course taken to familiarize with the business
