I am a motivated and efficient Logistics Officer with a strong background in managing end-to-end logistics operations, shipping services, and warehouse management. With several years of experience in both India and Qatar, I have developed a solid understanding of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and shipment coordination.

Currently, I am working at the International Foundation for Shipping Services (IFSS) in Doha, Qatar, where I manage all aspects of transporting and delivering goods. This includes coordinating with carriers and vendors, preparing and maintaining customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. I have also implemented systems for shipment tracking to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Previously, I served as a Logistics Executive at Xylem Learning Private Limited and as a Warehouse Manager at Aadhi Trading Company in Kerala, India. In these roles, I was responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and leading teams to ensure smooth logistics flow. My experience at GWC (Gulf Warehousing Company) during the FIFA World Cup 2022 helped sharpen my event logistics skills, especially in handling time-sensitive shipments, coordinating transportation, and managing sports equipment and personal belongings for international teams.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from KMCT Arts and Science College, Calicut, Kerala. My technical skills include proficiency in MS Excel, basic ERP systems, and EDI. I have a typing speed of 39 WPM and a working knowledge of software tools used in documentation and shipment tracking. I am fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil, with basic proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N5), which helps me communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

My strengths include attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments. I am a fast learner, always willing to take on new challenges, and I work well both independently and in team settings. I am passionate about maintaining smooth logistics operations and strive to contribute to the efficiency and growth of the organizations I work with.
