I have graduated from the 6-week intensive training of the Department of Information and Communications Technology with their program Social Media Marketing and Advertising conducted by Dennis Paguio. During the training, I learned social media creation, customer relationship management and live chat, community management, scheduling and digital marketing, work ethics and client management, and social media advertising. I also attended online webinars and training of Instagram Marketing and Virtual Assistant.
