When maintaining an application or putting someone else in charge of it, it's key to have clean code. Having less than optimal code may save you a bit of time in the short-term, but I believe maintainability and scalability are extremely important. This means that another person with knowledge of the stack used should be able to easily understand a project's structure

Great UI & UX guaranteed

Design has always been a very important part of my workflow. Sure, applications have to work, but a website does not make its impact without a modern design, and user interfaces are not effective when not enough time has been put into the design. I have a background in design, which has given me a great eye.
