a pro in CSS, how to build or customize a CMS, what is a great user experience for a
website visitor but also for a Content Management person. I've also learned that there
is no difference between browser CSS support if you really know what is standard and
what isn't.

leader for various projects. We've build a custom CSM that was used to power up 300+

This was the period were I've started to understand that DevOps doesn't mean just
configuring a server and setting up a firewall, but this means a whole process of setting up
