I’ve done basic cold outreach by sending direct messages to potential leads on Facebook and other social platforms. I’ve also managed posting schedules, replied to comments and inquiries, and helped increase engagement in Facebook groups. While I’m not a pro yet, I understand the fundamentals of social media engagement and lead generation, data scraping on Facebook, specifically in gathering details of potential clients from various Facebook groups.

During the past months, I have part-time as virtual assistant (25 hours per week) as a Customer Service Representative at Pink passion located at Germany. In this role,where I was responsible for initiating and maintaining engaging conversations with visitors to encourage interest and platform participation. Through this role, I developed excellent written communication skills, the ability to multitask across multiple chat windows, and a strong understanding of human psychology and online behavior.
