Florentina Catipon

Standing that hard work beats talent if talent doesn’t work hard, I’m Florentina L. Catipon from Aurora, Philippines. I am a former Secondary School Teacher, for 13 years, graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English.
As a teacher before, I am used of using MS Excel in computing grades , MS Word for my research and MS Powerpoint in discussion. I’d made a lot of paper works aside from teaching. I was assigned as School Librarian, School Registrar , Class Adviser and School LIS or Learners Information System Administrator.
For that experience and work, I never found myself complaining for I know it will be my training ground for further tasks, preparing for higher responsibilities in the future. For me, more tasks, more learning. I see to it I made everything with quality , I put an eye to details, patience in repetitive tasks and commitment on work.
Being responsible on all of the tasks my school heads gave me, I was pulled out from teaching and promoted as Education Program Specialist II in our Division, where I served on Indigenous Peoples and Alternative Learning System.
