My previous job was as a data analyst and I used to do the following: 1) Maintain and run financial models of Multifamily and Commercial real estate on existing assets and acquisitions. 2) Evaluate real estate investment documents like rent roll, profit and loss statements and offering memorandum and other real estate documents. 3) Evaluates research data and produce real time valuation. 4) Prepare comparable presentations of multifamily real estate properties.

I was also a Toll Supervisor and job was to oversee the overall toll collection operation in a toll plazas.

I was a Roving Cashier under Treasury Department in a Life Insurance Company. My job was not just to manage collections and funds but also to perform policy servicing.

I was also an accounting clerk in an Insurance Company. I used to process premium remittances of policy holders.

I used to prepare journal vouchers, disbursement and check vouchers and credit memos. I also used to monitor vendors and suppliers accounts.
