I am working as HR Supervisor for almost 9 years for a Manufacturing Company here in the Philippines. I am exposed to all facets of HR. But this pandemic is taking its toll in all businesses - Big or Small, which made an impact to workforce in all sectors. This brought me to an option of exploring an additional stream of income, as a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, which will make me use my resources and skills. I've also worked as HR Consultant (working remotely) to a Singapore Based property rental company who offers their services / property management here in the Philippines. Here, I was assigned to reorganized the company's existing organization and pay structure, to draft and implement Code of Discipline and Employment Contract, to orient the existing employees and facilitate end to end Recruitment for newly hired employees, Issuance of disciplinary measure / termination notice to its erring employees, and other HR related task that were assigned by the Managing Director. I am a dedicated person and have passion for whatever I do. I am a fast learner and resourceful. The opportunity to become a virtual assistant will not only help me and my family get through this unprecedented crisis we are all in.
