I have been with different industries after finishing my
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I can say that flexibility has
been a skill that I developed over time. Personnel Management
and administrative functions were attached to my system that I
can easily adapt to the variety of company cultures that I have
been into.
Thus, leaving a company and finding a new one is not easy.
However, it is rewarding when I grow along with the success of
my employer, more when I am able to share and contribute
