I'm a claims processor for almost four years and my task is to review, evaluate and process insurance claims of the clients. Sometimes, I also answer queries and complaints of the clients through phone calls and sometimes I talk to them personally. As a claims processor, I also receive the applications and requirements of our clients. For that four years, I'm already expert on how to explain to the clients the reason why they are denied or not qualified to claim their claims. Aside from my good communication skills, I'm also good in record keeping, I work well with both team and individual environment and literate in using Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point. I'm confident that I will get the job with my experiences and skills.
