I am an enthusiastic, results-driven achiever who enjoys working with people and is always willing to work with others to reach the goals set out. I am currently partly employed by the State Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Housing Officer. My duties include: Housing Functions, slum upgrading unctions and affordable housing functions. I currently also own an airbnb review business known as Unique Airbnbs where we travel and review Airbnbs then post on social media to help increase visits to the area. We also do property management for some of the properties we visit. This has exposed me to social media marketing as it is currently handled by me and my business partners. I have worked in Administrative Support with Knight Frank, Kenya, a real estate company where my roles were: email support, email marketing, telephone support, handling walk-in and online clients in a remote office and other tasks. I have worked as a virtual assistant for an Airbnb company for 2 years where I was exposed to booking management systems. I have also worked in the marketing field with JamboPay which exposed me to marketing of serviced from cold clients. I have achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management which I believe has refined me in property matters and in dealing with customers. I firmly believe in the integrity and professionalism of my work and strive to ensure that every aspect of what I do also upholds the company's core values as well as mine. I believe I can assist in the growth of your company with my determination, ability to work without supervision, my nature to do well in a team and attention to detail. Other skills I cannot overlook are my proficiency in Microsoft Office, my seasoned communication and problem-solving skills and my admirable loyalty to my work.
