My passion is for the ‘sweet spot’ where good design + effective marketing practices + an on-the-pulse understanding of customer requirements meet. That’s the place where a brand comes to life, and when it’s a result of coordinated vision and teamwork, it’s enormously satisfying.
My personal attributes include a strong thread of creativity and innovation, coupled with an enthusiasm for information management, detailed analysis and development of systems and processes. It’s a combination that works well in the marketing arena and I’m enthusiastic about its application, what technologies might evolve to support it, and what results can be achieved.
Skills and Experience Include:
• A passion for efficiency, and for exploring new tools that help drive this (from business systems to software);

• Strong experience of working remotely, including as a practice manager for a business consultancy, freelancer offering web, graphic design and marketing services, the marketing assistant for a tertiary educational institution, and the marketing coordinator of a financial institution
• Experience in the strategic development, creative design, and delivery management of marketing campaigns through direct marketing, web and social media channels and print channels;
• Creation and management of client databases using various systems, including Microsoft CRM, AffinityLive, Hubspot and Mailchimp;
• Management of, and liaison with, a team of suppliers, specialists and stakeholders, to ensure that all marketing collateral and events form a cohesive offering that delivers on brand strategy;
• Strong website management, ensuring content is relevent and up-to-date; and
• Graphic design skills and strong capability with Adobe Creative Suite together with the Microsoft Office suite;
