My working frequency was four days a week and two hours for each day in average. I was responsible for ensuring desirable grades for all my students. This responsibility also came with evaluating my students' progress and preparing extra homework and learning materials for them. Freelance October 2014 — Present Freelance English Tutor I taught English to high school and elementary school students. I usually prepared all the required materials two weeks prior to important exams for my students, so they could understand the lesson better and were ready for the coming exam. All my students were from private schools, such as Petra Christian School and Vita School. Jakarta International College March 2017 — April 2017 Marketing Staff My position required me to make a pitch to potential clients, which are usually either parents with kids studying in the last year of their secondary education or the students themselves. Within my first three weeks of working there, I made a contribution to achieving two potential client sales during their walk-in visit to the college. I was also responsible for handling and keeping the admission documents. This responsibility required me to make sure the students submit all the required academic and administration documents. First State Futures June 2017 — September 2017 Relationship Manager My position required me to make blue chip and gold investment closings. One of my responsibilities is maintaining a good relationship with my clients. I was also responsible for making pitch calls everyday. Following successful pitch calls, I visited my clients and presented the company's products to them. There were also daily morning presentations where I became the speaker. Jones Lang Lasalle Surabaya Branch December 2017 — February 2018 Marketing Associate My responsibility includes various marketing and advertising tasks. I need to achieve my monthly and quarterly target by closing the sales. My marketing responsibility involves helping my leader negotiate and close our company's sales deal as well as giving a consultation to potential property buyers or leasers. I have closed one sale for leasing of a retail space which was previously functioned as a Motoritz showroom in Gubeng Kertajaya, Surabaya. The deal was valued at 2,4 billions IDR for a 3‐year lease. Filemon Go 1 Qualifications I'm a native speaker of Indonesian. I'm fluent in written and oral English and speak passable Chinese. My first try IELTS result was on a band 7. My English CEFR level is currently at C1. I posses an undergraduate degree in English Education and a teaching certificate from Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya. I'm capable of demonstrating an engaging public speaking both in Indonesian and English. I can easily adapt to different kinds of working environments. I understand how to utilize various productivity tools on Windows and OS X. Education English Education for Teachers Jule 2013 — Present Widya Mandala Catholic University My major is open for students who aspire to be a professional English teacher or wish to acquire English as a second language. Students are also required to do a teaching practice for a semester (in a duration of three months) so that we are prepared to take part in today's increasingly competitive career world and make a contribution to the society as a professional educator, especially in this era of ASEAN Free Trade Agreement where immigrants across Southeast Asia can also compete with the professionals in Indonesia. Interests I have a few interests that I consider productive for improving my aptitude as a professional marketer. I read various genres of books, mostly non-fiction, as a way to expand my knowledge and catch up with the latest marketing trend. I also fancy listening to podcasts in English on diverse genres, such as social media marketing and creative content production.
