My name is Fidelia ihedioha Ifechukwu, I'm a Nigeria. I have worked as a customer service, virtual assistance and call taker.

I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Brint Online School, Brint online International School, where I served as the communication link between teachers, parents, and the school management. My responsibilities included monitoring students’ attendance and participation, keeping accurate records of when students resumed classes and when they ended their sessions. I also sent reminders to parents about schedules, important updates, and meetings. In addition, I coordinated and scheduled meetings between teachers and parents, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns that arose. Whenever conflicts or misunderstandings occurred, I worked to resolve them quickly and professionally. For more complex matters, I escalated the issues to the appropriate department for proper resolution. During my time with the organization, I contributed significantly to the school's growth by improving communication and administrative coordination. When I joined the school, its revenue performance was around 40%, and through improved parent engagement and service delivery, the organization grew to approximately 70% during my tenure. I worked with Brint Online School for several months before resigning in December last year, after successfully contributing to the development and growth of the institution.
