I am a Brazilian-born HR and Recruitment Consultant with 20+ years of experience operating across 22 countries in Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I have lived and worked in 9 different countries, which means I do not just understand global talent markets theoretically. I have hired, built teams, and navigated complex cultural dynamics on the ground, in real time, across completely different business environments.

I am fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, which gives me a direct advantage in Latin American markets where language and cultural nuance are the difference between a successful hire and an expensive mistake.
