in the virtualization of approximately 100 servers of x86 technology
located in a primary processing site, and others in a recovery site.

Mainframe Platform Migration Project, in the role of PM. It consists
of mainframe migration of ATM network from an HP NonStop SSeries to an HP Integrity NonStop platform.

Storage Platform Migration Project, in the role of PM. It consists in
the migration of the storage platform from IBM DS 8100 storage to
an EMC Symmetrix DMX-4 storage.
◼
Monitoring Tools, in the role of PM. It consists of the
implementation and integration of several monitoring tools for the
different hardware and software platforms that are currently in use at
the company. This project is currently under development.

Network Infrastructure Reengineering, in the role of PM. It consists
of a complete reengineering and actualization of the company’s
network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) which includes
new features for better performance and security. This project is
currently under development.

Mainframe Platform Migration Project, in the role of PM. It consists
of mainframe migration of ATM network from an HP Integrity
NonStop to an HP NonStop Blade platform.

launch of a new debit card for some banks of the network.

PM at Mobile Banking Project. It consists of the creation of a
transactional channel operated via mobile phones.

IT Strategy Definition, in the role of PM. It consists in defining,
together with the areas of Technology and Systems Development,

architectures and tools) for the coming years.

Contactless Cards - E-Ticket Project (SUBE), in the role of PM with
technical specifications. It consists in implementing a model for a
recharge network for public transportation cards through the Red
Link’s electronic channels.

consists of the incorporation of different network services to the
Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
• Main Systems Development projects
◼
Home Banking Reengineering Project, in the role of PM. It consists
of the design and development of a new platform for Home Banking
and Business Banking to suit current business needs, using
technologies defined in the IT Strategy Definition. In this project I
participated in the Inception Phase, which is now complete.

Compliance and certification of the company to the PCI-DSS
standard Project, in the role of PM for some specific systems (Home
Banking, Corporate Banking, Payment Systems and other systems
for internal use).
• Other Projects:

Moving of the company (offices and data center) to a new building
project, in the role of PM. It consisted on a building demolition and
renovation of office floors to house all offices and data center
company.

Achievement of Microinformatics Area Servers’ Capability Plan, to
guarantee the normal functioning of the applications under peaks of
demand.

and generation of monthly reports.

improve the advantage at the use of resources and the uptime of

Position: Telecommunications Specialist (from February 1995 to April 2005)
• Administrator of LAN and WAN nets: configuration and instalation of
switches, routers, firewalls, access servers and other equipments of
Motorola, Cisco, Telematics, Memotec, Cylink, Ascend, Xylogics, Bay
Networks, 3com lines, among others.
• Administration of a net with more than 3,600 electronic teller machines,
in the whole extension of Argentina and Uruguay.
• Net protocols management: X.25, Frame Relay, SNA, BSC, IP
protocols suite, LAT, asinchronical protocols, voice over IP.
• Design, implement and administration of a virtual private net (VPN) to
perform SWIFT Alliance service to different banks associated to Red
Link. This net was implemented using IPSec technology, with Cisco
equipments.
• Installation and mantaining of data connections through modems and
line drivers of Racal, Penril, RAD lines among others.
• Administration of X25 connections’ encription systems with CSMS of
Cylink, through which a secure net for the exchange of messages of
SWIFT systems was assembled.
• Telephony: administration of NEC and Avaya PABX systems.
• Category 5 Structured Wiring for LAN and telephony set up.
• Configuration, switch on and administration of HP OpenView over
Windows NT and Solaris platforms.
