I consider myself a goal-oriented person, able to multi-task and like to exceed expectations, focused and able to work in teams, with a positive mind and attitude. Well organized, interested in learning something new every day and able to do it in a short period of time. I am also willing to take new challenges and reach and exceed goals. I have several years of experience providing outstanding over-the-phone Customer Service. I have learned what I know at several trainings in the different companies I’ve worked for and reinforced my knowledge since then with practice, including building rapport with the customer, being empathetic, patient and straightforward. I am a multitasker, being able to focus with the customer as well. Throughout my career, I have gained a very wide knowledge in Credit Card Laws, Insurance for Auto and Home, and some Administrative duties like processing reports, measuring quality, distributing tasks and portraying a positive attitude to the team.
