I have experience working with PHP Intermediate Level, Tech Support for Web Hosting Services, cPanel, MySql.

I also have experience in eCommerce management (OsCommerce, Prestashop, WooCommerce) I have knowledge in WordPress websites. I have experience working and troubleshooting on cPanel.

I am a proactive person and I like to help people, I am patient to deal with the complicated customers.

I learn fast so, If there is something that I need to learn, I mean a special software or something like that I am willing to learn as fast as possible, I have 8 years of experience working with Web Servers, Hosting, Domains, Websites Design.

I am actually working for a company dedicated to sell Hosting Services and VPS, I am in Technical Support Department, my job here is to receive tickets from customers with problems related to email configuration, domains, migrations from different Hosting, DNS configuration, Spam Filters, etc.

The company which I am working for is a company located in USA, I work here 4 days per week so I am looking for another Job in order to use my free time during the weekends, I am available from Friday to Sunday available to work from 20 to 30 hours.
