Integration and Support Analyst
Adyen
03/2014 - 12/2016
Go to sales and integration meetings and help the salesman show to
merchants how and why they should use Adyen and how can they
benefit from that. Also help then to understand market-specific difficulties
and create solutions for them. Help merchants to integrate with Adyen
payments solution via API and HPP (hosted payment pages) and also
with any other question or issue they might face before and after the
integration – responding day-to-day to issue specific questions about
transactions, customer area, reports or acquiring issues - including
analysis to find ad-hoc and definitive solutions, root causes, escalation
and follow up to developers, sales team, account managers or Adyen’s
external providers such as PSPs, Acquirers, VANs, ISPs, etc. Also help
merchants to find solutions for market specific issues using their current
workflow or even creating a new one. Train, help and guide other analysts
including acting as escalation point for the support team in Latin
America. Keep track and create KPIs to be sure that the team meets the
SLA’s. Do ad-hoc queries at the DB to help the Brazilian team analyze
issues or opportunities of improvement for merchants and our KPIs.
