During these years I have worked for a real state company based in Houston TX.

Part of my responsibilities included but were not limited to cold calling generating new leads, setting up property showings and appointments, preparing houses for new tenants to move in, and helping them with the paperwork for the housing section 8 voucher program. I was also responsible for looking for new properties or lots based on client needs. This company had property management services and due to this I had several properties under my responsibility to be managed to make sure tenants were making their payments on time, and collecting their deposit slips once I got a repair request from a tenant, I had to coordinate it until it got completed.

About my profile: I graduated in Social economic administration from Lyon 2 university in France. I speak fluent English, French, and Spanish.
