Jan – March 2019 Africa Hope center Voluntary work (200 hours) -social impact volunteer work I took part in feeding, dressing and keeping the children active within the center. I assisted the staff and caretakers to perform day-to-day tasks such as cleaning and cooking within the center. I helped tutor the school going children and helped them to do their assignments. I assisted in organizing charity events and also contributed to the center. PROJECTS AND RECENT WORKS 1. Smart cane for the blind C++, Arduino August 2019-November 2019 Built a smart cane for the blind with sensors and programmed it with C++ using the Arduino board. I designed the project’s architecture by building well detailed data flow diagrams and use case diagrams. The smart cane was later tested using functional testing and non-functional testing. 2. I tested the system using unit testing and usability testing to ensure quality of the software.
