Hi, my name is Fenny and I am from Indonesia. I graduated from Jenderal Soedirman University. I have 4 years of work experience in the field of administration and data entry. My first job was as a Credit Support at Mandiri Tunas Finance for 1 year and 2 months. My responsibilities at that time were to assist the marketing team in checking the eligibility of the creditor's identity, follow up the documents to the credit analysts and to prepare monthly reports related to the customers who were rejected by the company and enter them into the internal database. At the end of December 2023, my content moderator contract ends. At that time, my job was to choose the right sentiment/label based on the SOPs given by the company. I had to improvise the bot's customer service to make it more professional. I am also expected to meet targets in terms of quality and quantity on a regular basis.
