I was an on-call Data Entry Clerk for about 1 years and 8 months, all i have to do was to transfer data from paper formats into computer files using MS Word and MS Excel, encode the data provided directly from the head clerk, verify data by comparing it to source documents, update existing data, retrieve data from the electronic files as requested, perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
