Being a Customer Service Manager for five years and a Virtual Assistant led me to have gained an extensive experience and be passionate in providing exceptional service and a superb record of satisfaction and professionalism.

My forbearance in serving customers empowered my desire to work with the goal of simply satisfying their needs and I meet challenges head-on rather than sweeping them under the rug and hoping they go away. I do the work necessary to tilt the odds so that the best will happen.
