My name is Felix Philips, I am passionate about using technology as a force for effecting positive change in local economies and the world at large.

I am experienced in web and mobile application development and I have a strong command of Python and Javascript(including Typescript ) to write high-quality and well-tested code. I have a Bachelor's degree in computer science(4.22 on a 5.0 scale) and I am fluent and experienced in using Node.js(Express.js) and Django(Python) for backend solutions, React.js and React Native for frontend web and mobile solution respectively, MongoDB(NoSQL) and MySQL for database solutions. I am experienced with implementing various data structures and algorithms as well as working with various cloud solutions (AWS, Google, Azure) such as AWS S3, Azure Kubernetes, Azure VM, EC2, DynamoDB, Google Maps and a little bit of firebase. I am also well versed in implementing scalable web applications using docker, kubernetes and nat's streaming as a microservice solution.

I am also a blockchain developer with some medium-level experience in writing solidity protocols for the Ethereum blockchain. I use Web3.js and other relevant libraries for smart contract creation and deployments on the ethereum network.

In addition to writing clean and well documented code, I write unit tests using tools like Mocha or Jest for testing Javascript codes and Django test library for testing Django web applications.

I am experienced with working remotely and on site.
