Virtual Assistant January 2022 to July 2022
I am currently working as a virtual assistant primarily
researching Crypto and Nft projects for my employer. Also, I am
answering chats, organizing workflows, and increasing
engagement on social media. In this role, I learned excellent
organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively and
process large workloads in an efficient manner.

I worked with paid advertising through online platforms like
Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, and Linkedin.
We helped businesses to scale up through a wider reach using
social media platforms. I learned many new skills in this role
including using a variety of new software. Also, I proved my
ability to analyze data to find the correct outcomes and
strategies for my employer.
My daily routine for over a year has been checking out tickets
from clients if there are any revisions. Do media planning for
campaigns that need to be presented to clients. Campaign
setup for approved proposals and lastly do optimizations for
my currently running campaigns and check them on a weekly
and monthly basis to ensure that the ads were served
accordingly as planned.

In the span of over 2 years of working as a customer service
specialist, I was able to handle inbound, outbound, and chat
transactions and I also became a support coach taking
escalated calls for my staff. I was also in direct communication
with the President, CEO, and other owners of the business
creating online business profiles for them to present to potential
business partners.
