About

A go-getter able to give timely advice, guidance, support and training to team members. Possess excellent management skills and having the ability to work with the minimum of supervision while leading a team. Having a proven ability to lead by example, consistently hit targets, improves best practices and organizes time efficiently.

I started as a Call Center representative about 10years ago. Both for Sales and Customer Service campaigns.

For sales, I've handled Credit Cards to beauty products. For Credit Cards, that included cold calling to promote the products and services we have to offer. Quotas needed to be met, which I was able to do on a regular basis. I have also handled selling beauty products to clients abroad to retain them as members of the brand. This included encouraging them to purchase X amount per quarter but still ensuring not sounding pushy or demanding. High Quality Assurance targets have been regularly met which reflected excellent Customer Service as well.

On the other hand, I have been a Customer Service Representative for a TELCO account wherein we would consult with customers about their product or service needs, receive calls of requests for products and services as well as resolve some basic technical phone issues of the customer.

I have done dispatching for a non - emergency medical transportation company, too. Here, we were responsible for the same-day scheduling of trips for dialysis patients all throughout greater Sacramento, Solano, San Jose, and San Francisco. Our role also included helping drivers manage their schedules, break time and report any unforeseen events. Assisted with driver routes to ensure On Time Performance and ETA is maintained. Calls to health insurances were conducted when a trip was needing to be cancelled or to inform of possible delays as well as rig availabilities

With determination and the experience, I have worked my way into being a Trainer as well as being a Team Leader.

As a Trainer, my main responsibility is to provide program-specific training to newly hired and existing operations employees according to set training standards. This also included revising training plans to meet new training requirements and keeps information updated. Monitors newly hired employees throughout the 30/60/90 day check-ins.

As a Team Leader I have handled a team of about 15 individuals which I closely monitor by doing daily and weekly audits on. This ensures that they are at the top of their game as well as being compliant to policies and procedures. I would also be responsible for enforcing Schedule Compliance as well as standard program and company policies and procedures. Another responsibility as a Team Leader would be to conduct regular evaluation as well as coaching sessions through formal channels to improve individual and team performance.

With the skills that I have, I am also committed in building a long-term relationship with my potential client, as I am open to trying new things to make the partnership succeed.
