My journey in project management can be traced back to my early teenage years, while this is not on record, I was able to have my first hands-on experience from a school project, where I was made the captain of my team, responsible for over 20 students. This sharpened my ability to conceptualize, plan, execute and successfully deliver complex initiatives, captivating me through my academic and professional journey. My interest in how structured processes can transform ideas into tangible results led me to embrace Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as a framework that empowers teams to be flexible, adaptive, and aligned with ever-changing business needs.
